On Saturday 2nd December, Year 9 Drama students attended MYA to take part in a range of workshops, to aid their development of the devised piece they are in the middle of creating, as part of the NOW! Young People’s Arts Festival 2018. They took part in Acting, dance and multimedia application workshops where they developed characterisation, dance sequences and understood how they can use multimedia within their piece.
The day went very quickly due to the amount of work put in and enjoyment the Year 9 students had. We are well and truly on our way having a fantastic play which will be performed at the Epstein Theatre at the end of January.
