Dear Parent/Carer
I am writing to update you on the situation with the Arriva bus drivers industrial action.
At time of writing, further strikes are due to take place on the following days.
Monday 6/11/17
Wednesday 8/11/17
Monday 13/11/17
Monday 20/11/17
Monday 27/11/17
As with previous industrial action, we understand that this will cause you considerable inconvenience if your daughter uses the bus to get to school. Whilst we would ask that you do your best to ensure your daughter does make it into school if she genuinely is unable to get into school she will not receive an absence mark.
Like you, we are concerned about the amount of time in school that students are missing and we hope to see your daughter in school on these days.
