Year 13 Art & Design Level 3 BTEC pupils have been very busy since September working collaboratively with the Tate Liverpool and young women from the Young Person’s Advisory service (YPAS). Using Tracy Emin’s unmade bed art installation, currently on display at Tate Liverpool as a starting point, they have explored the themes of identity, mental health, bullying and sexuality. Their final exhibition, ‘Altered Perceptions – Look Closer’, will be exhibited at the prestigious Tate Liverpool alongside many famous works of art from 12th-15th February 2017
